Manage Delegates & Alternates

Delegates and Alternates are imported automatiacly from the submission of your Certificate of Elections. When setting up your forms, you will sepecify which type of deleates they are (Ex-officio, elected, NMI, etc.)

Each Delegate will be added or updated based on the form submissions and given the relevant access. These deleates are assigned a year and will only display the current assembly year's delegates.

The Voter ID (Delegate ID) for each deleate is auto-geneated and will include two letters and four numbers.

You can add, edit, delete, and export the delegates and alternates.

A unique email is not required for delegates.

Email Delegates

The Email Deleates button will allow you to specify a custom message and will send an email to all delegates in the list. This will include after your message the church they have been assigned as a deleate for and their unique Voter ID. This is a way to communicate the Voter ID to each deleate ahead of time.

The Pastor Dashboard Delegate List

Your pastor's have access to their Pastor Dashboard which will include a list of their Church's delegates (elected and ex-officio) along with their Voter IDs. This is helpful for them to find their delegates Voter ID's instead of having to come to District Personnell for this.

Activating Alternates

On the Manage Alternates page, you can seat an alternate the day-of Assembly.

From the dropdown, select the deleate they are being seated for and click Make Delegate. This wil remove the Deleate they are being seated for and create a new Voter ID for the seated alternate. Their Deleate Type will be set as Seated Alternate.

Uploading Delegates

In the event you need to upload a list of delegates, you can download a template for the upload. This will automatically genreate Voter IDs upon import.
