Submissions

Every form automatically tracks progress for a user's submission. Forms can be started, saved for later, and completed. You will see each Session a user has created for each form.

A session is created when a user either submits the form (marked as complete) or clicks "Save for Later" on the form and the session is marked as "Pending".

Viewing Submissions

Click the button on the Mange Forms screen to view that form's submission. You will see a list of every form session created. The submissions will automatically be sorted by Year.

You can view what has been submitted regardless of status by clicking the button.

You can edit the submission by clicking the button. This will open up a new window and prefill the form with their responses. Re-submitting this form will execute the form actions including sending an email to the original submitting user.

Save for Later

A form that has been saved will send the user an email with a direct link to pick up where they left off. All the information they have entered at that point is saved into the system which you can view any time under the form's Submissions.

Ministerial Studies Form Submissions

A form marked as a Ministerial Studies Form will allow you to match the relevant record with a student. Select the student's name from the dropdown and click "Assign to Student".

This will generate a PDF and create a Note under the selected student's profile and make the selected Annual Item (if applicable) as completed.
