Form Options

Within your Pre-built Fields are dynamic options that can be controlled here.

Written Reports

These items will add questions to the written report portion of the Lead Pastor Report. For number specific items, use the Statistic section of the Handbook/App options

Each item can be a textbox (single line of text) or a text area (multi-line tex area) and each one can have a specified word count limit.

If you wish to have no word-count limit, just input 0.

Lastly, specify if you want the Written Report on the Montly Report form (a non-custom built form in your Toolbox) or the Lead Pastor Report (any form that contains the Written Report field).

Contact Positions

These items will control the dropdown options when a field includes a position field (e.g. Advanced Contact, Staff/Officers, etc.).

You may add and/or remove fields as necessary. The list will auto-sort alphabetically.

Delegate Options

Assembly, NMI, NDI, and NYI Delegate option pages all operate the same. This is where you can specify how many delegates you want people to be able to select.

If you know your largest church will bring 20 delegates, it is best to make sure there are up to 20 options in the relevant delegate table.

The Text column specifies what is shown in the Dropdown, the Number of Delegates column specifies how many actual delgates that value represents.
