Contacts

Contacts > All Contacts

This page holds any and every contact that has been collected from a submitted form. From year to year, the contacts will automatically be updated with the latest and greatest information on your churches.

If a church reports on their Church Directory and doesn't include a contact associated with that church, the contact will be updated to remove the association with that church and change the contact to Previous Position at Church Name (e.g. Previous Lead Pastor at Church of the City).

Contact Custom Fields

Custom fields can be created under Manage > Contact Custom Fields. Once these are added, each contact will have the relevant custom fields associated wtih that contact.

Editing a Contact

Click the icon to edit a contact. In the popup, make the changes needed and click Update.

Deleting a Contact

Click the button to delete a contact. The system will have you confirm the deletion before it is removed. This action cannot be undone.

Why won't it let me delete a contact?

If your contact is added to your Ministerial Studies system, it will prevent you from deleting them as a contact to prevent data loss. Remove them as a student before deleting them.
