App Management
Wether you have a branded app or are utilizing the My District App, you can create a custom experience for your users to communicate everything about your District.
My District App
The centralized app for your District use.
DT Admin App
A District User resource to edit app user accounts, manage check-in, manage delegates, and more. Any user with District level access can login to the DT Admin app.
This app is extremely helpful the day of assembly for managing passwords for indivudals who are having trouble logging in.

What will be displayed on the app for your page link
Content Type
There are two types of content, Custom Content and Automated Content.
Custom Content
TEXT Page with information on it. This is a great tool for adding information to your app for agendas, workshops, etc.
LIST
Use this to create pagination in your app. A list contains other page links. You can click the
button to edit your list items.
You will also specify the page layout depending on how you want your list to display.
IMAGE Display an image that links to content. You will then select what kind of content you want to link to (custom content, automated content, etc.). This is ideal for a header "hero" style image at the top of your app. Perfect for an upcoming event that links to registration or a livestream header that opens up a Facebook link.
MEDIA LIST This is a list of media hosted online somehewere such as Facebook, Vimeo, YouTube, Spotify, and more. This creates a custom player epxerience where users can take notes, share, and more.
WEBSITE Link to an external URL to connect users with more content. Perfect for online giving, registration, live-feeds, and more.
You will have two options for your Link Target (how you want the app to open the link). In-app browser will open up within the app itself External Link will open up in the devices browser (e.g. Safari)
FILE Upload a PDF to view within the app. Works similair to the Website option.
Automated Content
STATISTIC REPORTS A list of statistics with pages listing all churches for that stat with a total at the top. This data is pulled from your Annual Statistics on records.districttoolbox.com.
LEADERSHIP REPORTS List of reports for specific category. This includes Leadership, Boards, and any Custom sections you have set-up in your App & Handbook Settings. This content is populated from what is submited on the Build Handbook page.
Building the HandbookCHURCH REPORTS List of all churches alphabetically with links to their Church Report page that includes Featured Church Information, Statistics, Written Reports, Funding the Mission Percentages, and Annual Statistics.

VOTING LIST A list of all published ballots either in Sample Ballot or Live Ballot mode. These links directly to the online ballot page. This will also include a link to ask Questions if you have that setting turned on.
PEOPLE LIST A list of people and positions for the selected list. It will ask you which list you want to use, options are Leadership, Boards, and Other Leadership. This content is added on the Build Handbook page.
Building the HandbookCHURCH DIRECTORY A google map with pins of your church's locations. When a user clicks on a church, more information is shown about that church.
Page Icon/Image
This item is required. You must supply an icon or image to be associated with each page. For the home page of the app, most items utilzie a square 1:1 ratio image. For the content-type Image, you should upload a 16:9 ratio image with a recommended minimum width of 1200px.
All images should be less than 1 mb to help with loading speed.
Menus
You can select to display a page in one of two menu locations: The Main Menu or the Side Menu.
The Main Menu is your main, front page.
The Side Menu is accessed by clicking the hamburger menu (top right, three lines) and a list of links is displayed there.
Page Header
This is an optional feature to include a full-width hero image on an app page. We reccomend a 16:9 ratio image with a minimum width of 1200px.
Page Visibility
You can click the
icon to toggle the visibility of a page. This is useful before or after District Assembly when you want to hide pages without deleting them.
Re-Ordering Pages
Click the three-dots to the left of each row and drag and drop to re-order pages.
Refresh-App Button
Our system uses a persistent cache to help with the high-demand assembly events bring when accessing the app. This means your app may not always show the latest version if you make changes. Click the "Refresh-app" button to purge the cache and ensure the latest version is accessbile.
